His expertise spans both residential and commercial real estate, including the sale of several landmark Missoula buildings, liquor licenses, and office spaces. Coming from a family with deep roots in master-planned community development and real estate brokerage, Jeremy combines a lifetime of industry knowledge with hands-on experience across diverse sectors.


Beyond his transactional success, Jeremy is a respected leader in the real estate community. He has been invited to speak at industry events by his peers and serves as a coach and mentor to other real estate professionals, sharing his insights on negotiation, market strategy, and client service. Jeremy is currently the co-chair of the Public Affairs Committee at the local Realtors Association, where he plays a key role in addressing zoning changes and advocating for policies that shape the future of the housing market.


In addition, Jeremy has been invited to contribute to Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and affordable housing initiatives, demonstrating his commitment to fostering sustainable growth and community development. He has also consulted on the design, marketing, and sales of numerous subdivisions, offering developers and homebuilders strategic insights that drive successful outcomes.


Jeremy’s certifications as a Negotiation Expert and New Construction Expert, paired with his degree from the University of Montana’s business school, equip him with a unique ability to navigate complex projects with precision and foresight. Recognized as one of Montana’s top producers, he is known for his proactive approach to sales and ability to identify market trends ahead of the curve.
