Tax Credit Extention for 2009 - 2010

I wanted you to be first to know. The Home Buyer Tax Credit passes House 403-12.

Headed to President Obama's desk next! Attached is a easy to read chart of what the tax credit will look like if signed. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you know of any one else that could take advantage of this.
